1. Product Describe

Full- automatic wet brick setting system is mainly suitable for once and twice bricks stacking in the tunnel kiln.It is used the advanced PLC central control, walks revolving are used the frequency conversion control,
the lifting, clamps are used the Pneumatic control.
The Separator utilize digital technique, which has the highly effective energy conservation,simple maintain, the cost is inexpensive, movement reliable and other characteristics.
Full- automatic wet brick setting system is representing the present international advanced level.One set can instead several sets, reducing the cost.It is suited to all kinds of bricks, especially for the mobile tunnel kiln, 3.6-4.6m and 6.9-9.6m tunnel kiln.

3.The Workflow Of Pneumatic Brick Setting Machine :

1, When the cutter pushes the green bricks to the intelligent seperator , the separator starts work , it drives the separating board stretch and separate the bricks .

2, When the brick separating is finished , the lift cylinder turns down .

3, When the chunk reached to the location of the scheduled blank,Chunk Fixture works in the way of picking up the bricks and then the chunk is highly lifted by the Lifting Cylinder to a predetermined height.

4, After all of those progress,then separating cylinder points out and open the air channel and walking device drives blank stacking machine to the top of a kiln car,and then lift cylinder dropped down to the scheduled height for releasing billet,the chunk open and lay the blanks on the kiln car it complete all the stacking work.

5, All these functions are centralize control by electric,the operator simply can achieved operating automatically by starting the appropriate procedures.
